Boone, 17, is a suspect in the mass shooting at a SEPTA bus stop in Burlhome on March 6, officials have said.
Marshals said they visited a home on Seaton Avenue in Alexandria around noon Tuesday, March 19 where Boone was thought to be staying with a woman who has Philadelphia ties.
They entered the apartment and took him into custody without incident, according to Supervisory Deputy US Marshal Robert Clark.
“I hope this final arrest brings some comfort to the student victims of this senseless crime," Clark said. "No child should have to fear for their safety while receiving an education and I hope these arrests can subside that fear."
Boone's three alleged accomplices, 19-year-old Jermahd Carter, 18-year-old Jamaal Tucker, and 17-year-old Ahnile Buggs, are already in police custody.
Investigators believe the four suspects hopped out of a blue Hyundai Sonata near Rising Sun and Cottman avenues and fired into a group boarding a SEPTA bus, striking 7 teenage boys and one girl.
One 16-year-old boy who was shot multiple times in the torso was hospitalized in critical condition and authorities believe he was the intended target of the attack.
